   Description

 

It 'a very old product from the "cucina povera", the one that lets you use the products less expensive butcher with significant results in the flavors. Similar to Marro, similar to "torcinelli" or Abruzzi Molise, consisting of small balls, just "gnumeridde", made of lamb offal cut into small strips and intestines from the same source. Are cooked in a pan with tomato, onion, olive oil and cheese on grilled or skewered.
