   Description

The mica is produced in the lower Susa Valley (Turin).

It is a mixture of pork and bacon, pressed, not bagged but covered with a layer of black pepper and rye flour.

The shape is cylindrical with a diameter of 15-16 cm, a height of 5 cm and weighing about 900 g.

When cut, the color is pink mixed with white fat.

The consistency is firm, the aroma pronounced.
