Description |
The ham of the Susa Valley is produced in the valley (Torino).
Is obtained from the thighs of pigs weighing high, boned, salted and seasoned.
He weighs between 7 and 12 kg.
When cut, the slice is red-pink, while the aroma is very pronounced.
