The sanguinati is characteristic of the area of Campochiaro and are intended for domestic consumption: the case of pig blood solidified into pieces that are cooked in salted water and mixed with bread crumbs, orange peel, raisins, parsley, chilli and garlic , a bold approach that has ancient origins.
