Description |
With the name mulette are called capocollo or coppa. The feature that makes mulette different from many other similar meats is the absence of pepper generously replaced with chili.
The mulette most sought after are those of the countryside of Macchiagodena in the mountainous area midway between Isernia and Campobasso.
