Description |
The lonzino di Fabriano is produced with the meat harvested from the middle and bottom of the sirloin.
Is prepared with salt, ground pepper, perfume of wine, vinegar, garlic and herbs in the mountains, without other ingredients.
Bagged in the "natural casing" beef has a maturation period of not less than 120 days.
Approximate weight: 3 kg to 3.5 kg
