"Priest Hat"

Description |
The priest's hat is a sausage-shaped triangular points, precisely, the hat used by the priests. It is a variant of the sausage or the knuckle.
Also consists of ground pork, usually more finely, with the variation that is added to wine in the dough. The cuisine is best known as cotechino and trotters (boiled) and is accompanied with plenty of mashed potatoes.
